Step 1
Initial Consultation

Your wellness journey begins with a one-on-one consultation. During this session, we’ll review the placenta encapsulation process in full, answer any questions, and discuss your expected labor date. This is your time to connect, feel supported, and fully understand what to expect.

Step 2
Booking & Payment

A deposit or full payment is required to officially reserve your placenta encapsulation service, with options of $150 (deposit) or $500 (paid in full). If selecting the deposit option, the remaining balance will be due at the time of pick-up of your placenta pills.

Step 3
Intake & Authorization Forms

Once booked, you’ll receive a link to complete your online intake and authorization/liability forms. These forms are quick, confidential, and essential for a smooth experience. Begin Intake Here

Step 4
Birth & Notification

When labor begins, please notify us—or have a partner, family member, or support person reach out on your behalf—so we can be fully prepared for your placenta encapsulation. This allows us to coordinate timing, plan for proper handling, and ensure everything is in place ahead of delivery. After birth, we’ll finalize details, schedule your drop-off, and complete any remaining balance if needed.

Step 5
Encapsulation & Delivery

Your placenta will be prepared using the highest safety standards. We guarantee encapsulation and your capsules will be ready within three days or less, ensuring you begin your postpartum recovery journey promptly and with care.
