Christina Dwyer is the visionary behind Vitality Wellness, a sanctuary for holistic healing and self-transformation. Passionate about blending ancient Eastern wisdom with modern wellness, she is dedicated to helping others achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
A Valedictorian graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Christina holds a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from Marquette University. She is board-certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
With over 13 years in private practice, Christina specializes in fertility, pregnancy care, women’s health, pain management, digestive issues, weight management, and psychological wellness, including support for anxiety and depression. Her approach goes beyond symptom relief, integrating nutrition, movement, and emotional well-being for a comprehensive path to optimal health.
At the heart of Vitality Wellness is Christina’s mission to create a space where women can heal, grow, and reach their highest potential. She inspires others to embrace holistic health, cultivate gratitude, and move with intention.
A proud mother of two, Christina loves exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and trying new foods. She believes movement is a powerful tool for physical and mental well-being and is passionate about helping others live deeply in the present. To her, true wellness is more than healing the body—it’s about awakening the soul, finding inner balance, and embracing self-love.

Iva Sopiqoti is the warm and welcoming face of Vitality Wellness, ensuring every patient feels at home from the moment they arrive. With a deep passion for patient-centered care, she brings warmth, organization, and positivity to the practice, fostering an environment where both patients and staff feel supported. Her dedication to creating a seamless experience allows individuals to focus on their health and well-being, knowing they are in a space that prioritizes their needs and comfort.
Beyond managing the daily operations of the wellness center, Iva takes great pride in maintaining an atmosphere of efficiency and compassion. Her ability to blend professionalism with a personal touch ensures that every interaction is meaningful, whether assisting with scheduling, answering patient inquiries, or coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics. She embodies the balance and well-being that Vitality Wellness promotes, helping to cultivate a space where patients feel truly cared for on their journey to health and healing.
Outside of work, Iva enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her beloved dog. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment extends beyond the wellness center, reflecting the very principles Vitality Wellness strives to uphold.
